Planning your visit to the Perry County Fair? Below are answers to some of the most common questions about parking, vendors, entertainment, schedules, and more. Additional information will be added as fair dates get closer.

Is admission to the Perry County Fair Really free?

Yes! The Perry County Fair is a free community event open to everyone. No charge to park, watch shows and music acts. The only $ you would need to spend is for food, crafts, bird feed and steer and pony rides.

Where is the fair located?

The fair is held at the Perry County Park in Hazard, Kentucky. You can GPS us using 305 Park Ave, Hazard, KY 41701. That will get you to the parking lot at Perry County Central. You can catch a free shuttle up to the park from there. Do not enter by the senior citizens center unless you have a handicap parking sticker.

What days is the fair open?

The 2026 Perry County Fair will take place June 18–20, 2026.
Thursday- Friday 4:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M.
Saturday 12:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M.

Is parking available?

Yes, parking will be available at Perry Central High School.

Shuttles?

You can walk up the hill from PCC or catch a FREE air-conditioned shuttle. Shuttle pick-ups and drop-off sites are clearly marked. There is a handicap accessible shuttle available for those with wheelchairs. This shuttle could also handle baby strollers.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, within reason. For example, leashed dogs are welcome. Exotic snakes are not. You get the idea! Of course, we expect you to clean up after your pets.
